2. How Fulfillment Works
We arrange fresh flower and gift delivery through local florist partners and suppliers near the recipient whenever practical. We do not ship most flower arrangements across China from one warehouse. Local preparation helps protect freshness and delivery speed.
3. Order Requests and Acceptance
Placing an order on the website creates an order request. An order is accepted only after we confirm product availability, delivery timing, recipient address details, and payment instructions or payment status. We may contact you for clarification or decline an order if it cannot be fulfilled reliably.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Product availability can vary by city, season, supplier, and holiday period. If a listed product or material is unavailable, we may suggest a suitable alternative before proceeding.

Exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm a specific arrangement in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient names, phone numbers, addresses, and delivery instructions. Failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect details, recipient refusal, recipient unavailability, or building access restrictions may not qualify for a refund.
7. Substitutions
Flowers are natural and seasonal. Photos on the website are style references, and handmade arrangements may vary. We aim to match the displayed style, color tone, size, and overall value as closely as possible. When necessary, we may substitute unavailable flowers, packaging, cakes, or gift items with suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.
