China Flower Direct was built for one purpose: to make it genuinely easy to send beautiful, fresh flowers to someone in China, from anywhere in the world. No guesswork, no uncertainty — just a real bouquet, arranged and delivered locally, on the day that matters.
Who We Are
We have been operating flower delivery across China since 2010 — over 15 years of on-the-ground experience in local floral fulfillment. Our China-based brand, 诺朵儿 (Nuò Duǒ Er), has been serving customers across the country throughout that time. China Flower Direct is our international-facing platform, purpose-built for customers ordering from overseas who need things to go right the first time.
We are not a booking aggregator. We are an operation with more than a decade of direct experience handling the details that matter: freshness, timing, occasion-appropriate arrangements, and what to do when things don’t go exactly to plan.
How It Works
We don’t ship flowers internationally. Every order is fulfilled through same-city delivery — your flowers are sourced, arranged, and delivered within your recipient’s city. This is the only way to guarantee freshness, and it’s how we’ve operated from day one.
- Order from anywhere. Our checkout is designed for international customers, with support for major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay where available.
- Same-city fulfillment. Your flowers are freshly prepared in your recipient’s city and delivered directly to their door — no cross-country transit, no cold chain compromise.
- Fast delivery. Same-day local flower delivery is available across China, and urgent orders can arrive in about 3 hours. Same-day delivery is available for many orders, and urgent late-day requests may still be possible in larger cities after confirmation.
- Schedule in advance. You can place your order up to 30 days ahead and choose a specific delivery date, which we recommend for major occasions and peak seasons.

Occasions We Cover
We handle the full range — romantic gestures, birthday surprises, anniversary gifts, get-well wishes, new baby congratulations, and sympathy arrangements. We’re also well-practised with the occasions that matter most to our international customers: Valentine’s Day, Qixi Festival, Mother’s Day, Women’s Day (March 8th), Chinese New Year, and graduation season. For major holidays, we recommend ordering a few days in advance — florist capacity and city traffic can be especially stretched around peak dates.
Where We Deliver
We cover 3,000+ cities, counties, and larger towns across mainland China — from major metropolitan areas like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Xi’an, and Chongqing, to smaller destinations in every province. For any destination you’re unsure about, contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm straight away.
What We Take Seriously
Freshness. Because your flowers are prepared within the delivery city — not shipped across the country — they arrive looking the way they should.
Timing. We know the date is often the whole point. Orders are confirmed promptly, and you’ll receive a notification once your flowers have been delivered.
Design integrity. We aim to match the displayed style, colour tone, and overall presentation as closely as possible. Where substitutions are necessary, we maintain the same quality and aesthetic — we never downgrade on value.
Getting it right. We’ve been doing this for over 15 years. Most of what can go wrong, we’ve already seen — and we know how to handle it.
A Note on Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and availability varies by city. If a specific flower in your chosen arrangement isn’t available on the day, we’ll substitute with a similar bloom that maintains the same colour, style, and overall feel. We never downgrade on quality or value.
For International Customers
Many of our customers live outside China and rely on us to deliver on important dates across time zones. A few things worth knowing:
- You can place orders 24 hours a day and select any future delivery date.
- For same-day delivery, earlier orders give the smoothest lead time, but urgent late-day requests may still be possible in larger cities after confirmation.
- For major Chinese holidays and peak gifting seasons, earlier is always better.
- If you’re unsure about a delivery address or city coverage, ask us first — we’d rather confirm upfront than disappoint on the day.
